Q: Do I need a bipolar diagnosis to work with you?
A: Not at all. While Bloom Beyond Bipolar was created with women living with bipolar disorder in mind, you're welcome here whether you have a formal diagnosis or simply navigating big mood shifts and looking for support.
Q: How will I know if I'm ready?
A: You don't have to feel "ready" -you just need to be willing to start. The rest we'll work on together.
Q: What if I'm currently in a depressive or manic phase?
A: This coaching is designed to meet you where you are. We'll create a flexible plan that honours your current state while gently moving towards stability and joy.
Q: What if money is tight right now?
A: Your wellbeing is worth the investment. Flexible payment plans mean you can start now without adding extra stress.
Q: Will this replace my therapy or medical treatment?
A: No - think of coaching as a different layer of support. We focus on practical tools, emotional insight and lifestyle shifts that work alongside your existing care.
Q: How much time does it take?
A: One hour a week for coaching, plus a few minutes each day for your tools and reflections. Small steps, big results.
