About Me

Hi, I’m Kaye

certified coach, mama of three, gardener, and a woman on a lifelong journey toward balance, beauty, and emotional freedom.

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

For most of my life, I've been on a journey of making peace with bipolar disorder. There were moments when life felt too loud, too fast, too painful.

But through the noise, I found something quiet and steady: the healing power of nature, the grounding rhythm of Pilates, and the gentle reminder that joy doesn’t have to be loud; sometimes, it’s a whisper in the chaos.

Some seasons have felt steadier, others have felt more chaotic. When I stopped trying to just "push through" and started designing my life around support, softness and structure I had the biggest shift.

I learned that bipolar isn't a flaw - it's a rhythm.

And when we understand that rhythm everything becomes gentler.

Why I Created Bliss in Bipolar

I wanted to build a space where women like us could feel seen, supported and guided- without shame , without judgement and without being told to "just cope".

Bliss in Bipolar is about:

practical life systems

gentle routines

emotional tools

and a home environment that supports the whole you

...all delivered with warmth, compassion, and lived experience.

My Coaching Approach

Soft. Honest. Supportive. Structured.

I blend mindset tools, emotional regulation, lifestyle design, home-environment principles and practical planning to help you.

calm the chaos

reduce overwhelm

manage mood cycles

create life systems that genuinely work

feel more rooted, more loved and more in control

My Values

  • Compassion over perfection

  • Consistency over intensity

  • Home as healing

  • Gentle Growth

  • Safety, softness and self-respect

A Final Note

If you've ever felt like you're too much, not enough or "always trying to keep up"...

You're in the right place

You're not broken.

You're becoming.

And I'd be honoured to walk this journey with you.
