Hi, I'm Kaye

After years of navigating bipolar disorder and Graves' disease, I found healing in the most unexpected places: the garden, the breath, the pen and the daily act of slowing down.

Bliss in Bipolar is my offering to those who live between moods- who crave stability but also want to embrace their emotional depth. Whether you're here for gentle routines, emotional support, or to simply feel seen - you're so welcome.
