For a long time, I thought bliss meant happiness all the time.
Now I know better.
Bliss is safety.
Bliss is self-trust.
Bliss is knowing how to care for yourself when things wobble.
Redefining a “Good Life”
A good life with bipolar isn’t symptom-free.
It’s supported.
It’s a life where:
your home feels regulating
your relationships allow honesty
your pace matches your capacity
your worth isn’t tied to productivity
That kind of life is possible.
I’m living it — imperfectly, gently, honestly.
Letting Go of Comparison
The moment I stopped measuring myself against people without bipolar disorder, something lifted.
My life doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s to be meaningful.
Different is not deficient.
Gentle Grounding Prompt
Ask yourself:
“What makes me feel safe — not impressive?”
Build from there.
